Complete and return the form by mail to: YSF Mail Box 489 South Yarmouth, MA 02664

REGISTRATION FEE: $225.00 Payable to the Y.S.F.

SET UP: Space assignments will be posted by the gate on Friday afternoon, AFTER 3:00 p.m. or given out at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, at the Wood Road entrance. Exit via the rear of the field through the opening in the fence to the “Crafters Parking Area.” Exhibitors MUST stay until closing.

BOOTH SPACE: Approximately 12' x 12' with NO electricity. You must supply your own display. Stock is to be kept neatly under tables. Please mark canopy tie downs with ribbon.

LIABILITY: The Yarmouth Seaside Festival committee, The D-Y School district, nor the Town of Yarmouth will be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising out of exhibitors participation in this fair. We cannot be held responsible for weather or vandalism damage.

FIRST TIMERS: Pictures of your work must be submitted with a S.A.S.E. We will try to balance the show by limiting entries in each category. ALL work must be original, for sale, and tasteful. **NOTHING MANUFACTURED IS ALLOWED**

REMINDER: You have been selected for one (1) particular craft. Please do not bring others without re-submitting for approval. Please send a S.A.S.E post card if you would like a confirmation other than your canceled check. Cancellations must be submitted before September 1, 2010 for consideration of a refund.
